Chef Aldo Novoa Rodriguez’s concept captures the celebratory spirit of a traditional artisan market found in countries from Mexico to Argentina, inviting guests to enjoy the bright ambiance and cuisine which is a staple of Latin American life and culture.

We invite you to relax in our outdoor oasis, blending a tranquil and elegant style with irresistible Latin American flavors. Try a twist on a classic dish or discover something new, from cochinita pibil from Mexico to Peruvian lomo saltado, with clever cocktails, tacos, and sweet surprises too.

Ría is open nightly 5:00pm -9:00pm for dinner. The bar remains open until 10:00pm.

We initially were uncertain where Ria was on the property, and a very kind Ritz Worker escorted us to the Hostess stand. We each had a Margarita ($22 ) which was fantastic, and very refreshing! The snapper sandwich ($29) which came with a salad, fruit, or fries was absolutely delicious! It was fun eating outside with a great view of the golf course. Will definitely return! Our Server and their counterparts were very attentive and accommodating. This restaurant is truly a gem, and encompasses the values of the Ritz.

The restaurant is good, but no big deal. The food is not tasty and it’s overpriced. The ambience is the positive factor. But don’t expect fancy or formal place, you pay very expensive to drink in acrylic glasses and in a pool ambient. In the end, the restaurant is ok, but I wouldn’t go again for the quality of food that I had.
