For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.

For the casual diner, Riccio’s offers a relaxed patio presentation for watching downtown Palm Springs unfold while sampling their intriguing, seasonally changing menu. Riccio’s bar faces lively Palm Canyon Drive, and picture windows frame a sculptural fountain.

We enjoyed an exceptional dining experience in a classic Palm Springs setting at Riccio's. Halibut, shrimp scampi and chicken parmesan were prepared with care -- tender, flavorful -- and the service was perfectly on point by everyone. Highly recommend.

So glad we happened upon this Palm Springs gem! Food was delicious, service was great, and prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely revisit Riccio’s on our next visit to Palm Springs!

So much fun for our group of Ladies That Dine! They had a beautiful table of 8 set up for us, great service and wonderful martinis - full and with back ups! We appreciate you, we'll be back again, for our 3rd annual visit.

My husband's Penne pasta with shrimp was great. My filet was a little rare for medium. Potatoes came out cool but waiter reheated and they were very good. Small interior but lots of seating outside. Would definitely go back.

The food was a mix bag of good and not so good. Some stuff was good, but others was not. I wouldn't recommend the steak, as what was served really wasn't what I would call a high quality steak, especially considering the price.

Always great food and atmosphere. The restaurant is a little warm inside but as long as you don’t over dress everything is perfect.
