    We had Stephanie as a server! She was beyond perfect. We love fine dining and love RE's but when you have an exceptional server it makes it even more memorable. She was exceptional and made of special dinner together even better!!

    Rick Erwin’s never disappoints. The best filet mignon in our area. Great ambiance . It’s our go to place for special occasions.

    Server and Staff are World Class. Striving to give the best experience. We did have the Au Gratin potatoes. They were not cooked well. They were still crispy. Our server quickly substituted with mashed potatoes. I did overhear another server after that explaining to another table the Au Gratin potatoes were not available. Maybe a kitchen problem? Issues happen. Most importantly we were taken care of immediately. Again, our Server, Stephanie and her assistants were World Class.

    Absolutely divine experience. The service was outstanding. Luke our server was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The food beyond delicious . Everyone enoyed the experience. I've been to Rick Irwins twice before for special occasions and have always had a phenomenal meal and outstanding service. This particular time we were celebrating birthdays and they made it even more special by being extra attentivr, birthday cards from staff and sparklers brought to table. Overall an exceptional experience.

    Excellent, as always. We have been to all Rick Erwin's now. This was our first time at the Greer location. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and courteous, from the hosts to the bussers to the G.M. Our server, Stephanie, was especially considerate. We will definitely return. The only improvement I would suggest is to dim the spotlights. Other than that, the decor and atmosphere were perfect.

    This was our first visit and overall very pleased. Food and service was excellent. Only negative was our table was like an added after thought as was heavy traffic area with servers and patrons barely able to get by without turning sideways. Would visit again but definitely not same table.

    This was our 5th time enjoying Rick Erwin's in Greer. From entering the restaurant, enjoying our meal and preparing to leave we had a fabulous time. All employees were prompt, knowledgeable and so very friendly. Our host was Vickie, and she was very engaging, outgoing and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We will definitely be back.
