   Terrible service, and the steak was well done when I asked for medium. Took a long time for the waiter to bring my drink and the staff were not properly trained to handle the utensils

   I recently dined at Rick Erwin’s Level Ten and while the food was excellent, what truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Tam. From the moment we sat down, Tam greeted us with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that set the tone for a fantastic meal. Tam was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. It was clear that Tam genuinely cared about our experience, checking in at just the right moments and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What stood out most was Tam’s friendly demeanor and ability to make us feel welcomed and valued. They created a positive, enjoyable atmosphere that transformed a regular meal into something memorable. If you’re planning to visit I highly recommend asking for Tam as your server. Their outstanding service truly elevates the dining experience.

   Wow, I've been to Level 10 a few times and this was by far the worst experience. The service was terrible. Our waiter was in a rush to take our order and then failed to deliver drinks for more than 20 minutes. The food was served cold. I asked for a water re-feill four times without result. I'm not sure what happened but this was the worst service I've ever gotten at a Rick Erwin's restaurant. Not what you expect for $300.00. Oh, yes, the worst part - gratuity included on the bill! No gratuity was deserved or earned.

   We celebrated our anniversary here and typically really enjoy the experience and the food. While the service and the ambiance was great, the food was really disappointing on this occasion. Specifically, almost everything from the steaks to the side dishes were cold, almost room temp to be honest. The food seemed to be fresh and the flavor was great but the temperature was not even close to what it should have been. For a restaurant of this quality you expect more for certain.

   Excellent staff and service! Fun bday celebration with a hand-written card and sparkler after dinner! So fun! Delicious drinks!! Our steaks were not the best this time. Kindof of cool to the touch (order medium) and a little chewy. Brussels sprouts were divine and so were ALL all apps! Just disappointed about steaks; my son sent his back to out back on the grill. We’ll go back though!

   Perfect 33 year anniversary celebration watching the sunset! Staff made us feel at home and the steaks/drinks were perfect. We are going to start celebrations monthly at Level 10. Save our seat.... :)

    Our experience at Level 10 was wonderful. From the moment we stepped in, the host and our Friendly Assistant (FA) made us feel welcome. We started with homemade fresh bread accompanied by olive oil and balsamic vinegar—a delightful and flavorful way to begin the meal. For our appetizer, we had the calamari trio with jalapeños and okra, all fried to perfection and paired with a delicious red sauce. The flavors were tight and well-balanced. My husband had the salmon asparagus Caesar salad, and it was outstanding. The salmon was so light and flavorful, literally melting in your mouth, with all ingredients being top-notch. The asparagus had a light brown sugar glaze, adding just the right amount of sweetness and crunch—exactly as we prefer it. I opted for the shrimp gnocchi, which had great flavor with succulent sauce and shrimp. However, the gnocchi was slightly overcooked and cooler in temperature than the rest of the dish, which was a bit disappointing given the glowing reviews I had read. It didn’t quite meet my expectations this time. For dessert, we enjoyed the key lime pie, and our FA surprised us with an amazing flaming firework presentation (hubby’s 66th birthday celebration). It was a fun and exciting touch, although I didn’t catch it on video. Throughout the meal, our table was constantly attended to—unused dishes were cleared promptly, and service from the entire staff was exceptional. Since my entrée wasn’t quite up to par, it was kindly removed from the bill, which I appreciated. Overall, the atmosphere was refreshing, and despite a minor hiccup, we’ll definitely be returning.
