   Food was A+ --> excellent. Service was great. Paid more but was worth it. One of the very best places to eat in Spartanburg for sure!!!!!

   There were 6 in our party. We ordered 3 appetizers and they were all good. We were told to keep our used silverware for the next course We all ordered the 3 course special. Half of our meats were burned on the ends. We left half of our steak but the server did not ask about it. The salads, soups and desserts were good.. When I asked for coffee at the end of the meal it was brought out without a saucer and just a cup put on the table. It was one of the couples anniversary and the server acknowledged it at the beginning of the meal but nothing was done to celebrate it. We have had our anniversary at the Greer location for the past 3 years and they bring out a celebration dessert with sparklers. This location did nothing. We have visited Rick’s other locations many times but this was not up to the standard of Rick’s other restaurants and it was a very disappointing New Year’s Eve.

   I have sent a private note to the restaurant about our experience. The food was excellent, as always, but I believe recent turn over in their server staff has resulted in a sub-par service environment, which was disappointing for this special occasion dinner. I'm hopeful the issues will be addressed so that we can continue enjoying Level 10 for many years to come.

   What a variety of tastes and options for all money levels! And each one as good as the other! The chicken roulade was an experience i've never had before and was priced perfectly! Love this place!

    Totally different experience from any other time I’ve been there. The server never waited on us till we asked for help. We were told the steak is served in a hot plate, it wasn’t. We paid $59 for a wet-steak, medium well.. it was medium rare on a cold plate, the steak was warm so the truffle butter that cost $9 wasn’t melting, it became a spread. The wedge salad was deluged with dressing and 4 dried onions like croutons, the gnocchi was not prepared the properly. Maybe it’s because I sat at the bar which I haven’t done in years or maybe bar staff don’t serve while you’re at the bar until you request it. No extra plates were goven for my oysters to put the shells on. No plates were given for the rolls that I also had to request. There was quite a bit of particles in both types red wines I had, the only good thing was my gin and tonic. Truly disappointed. This was my dates first time to your restaurant and I swore by the quality and the prices. He wasn’t pleased. Neither was I. When I’m there with attorneys, we’re treated differently. Now I’m here with law enforcement, and it’s awful.
