   Waited 30 minutes after my reservation to be seated with barely any service at the bar…dress code for upscale dining is non-existent…cut-off jeans, t-shirts and hoodies…felt like a sports bar…waitress was great…food quality is suffering greatly…this is the second bad meal there in as many months…I’d recommend the Peddler, Gerhard’s or the Kennedy any day over Level 10…

   We had a wonderful time celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. The wait time to place order was a small wait and a little wait between each course. But everything was really great

   We made a reservation for 7:00 pm the day before, for a party of 2 and showed up at 7:00 pm. We were told the restaurant was completely full and we would have to wait an hour to sit down in the restaurant because several parties showed up at the same time. But if we hungry and did not want to wait, we could sit outside and the bartender would come over and take our order. We were dressed up expecting to receive the full dinner service and had to sit outside because we could not wait an hour. The bartender was great but was busy with the bar. So extremely disappointed to be be paying over $300 for a dinner to not receive the experience we were expecting. Why take reservations if you are not going to honor them?

   Server was good but beverage service was very slow. Food was good but certainly not exceptional for the price. For a roof top restaurant glass windows needed cleaning, a major distraction from the views.

   We had a delicious meal here. We’ve eaten here before, the new version of seared scallops is the best thing I’ve had yet. Such wonderful smoky flavors! As always the chargrilled oysters were delicious, and we enjoyed our cocktails. Our server Heather was very attentive and helpful.

   I’ve been there many many times. The food was excellent. The weight staff who knows me by now are very pleasant and helpful. My kids and I had a great time.

    Bar service was horrendous, slow, didn’t know what was in a dirty martini, and I ordered it with grey goose, she went looking through the bourbons before coming back and asking again what I wanted in my martini. Table service was just as bad. Fairly certain she forgot to place our order. Several tables that seated before our table of two got their food well before ours. She forgot to bring bread, forgot to bring my salad, offered to bring the salad with my meal. Food came out cold. Mac and cheese side was good though. Should have listened to my friends review when he said not to bother coming here. Sadly worst Rick Erwin experience ever and I’ve been to at least 6 of his rest over the last 20 years. It’s sad that we have become scared to leave an a tip that is commensurate of the service due to social media. This place will close sooner than later if some serious QC and training isn’t done.
