With a stylish bar, cozy wine cellar, and inviting dining room bathed in rich, dark woods, West End Grille boasts an atmosphere infused with ambiance and complemented by an extensive contemporary menu and fine wine list.     We had a great experience at Rick Erwin's West End Grille celebrating a birthday. Kevin provided outstanding and enthusiastic service from start to finish. The food and drinks were well executed. They provided a special touch (think indoor roman candles) for the birthday girl. And Mr. Erwin himself stopped bye the table to greet everyone. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

    Serenity was our server probably the best service ever there! She took very good care of us! Actually asking our names and remembering which made a more personalized experience. As usual Rick came by all the tables to thank everyone for dining with them which is also a great touch! The food and drinks were superb!

    I’ve never written a review before, but after my experience today I know I have to. Rick Erwin’s West End is undeniably electric for any date night or event. From the down to earth valet guys, to the highly formal employees and the stunning lady workers, this restaurant is top notch. The Food runners and servers assistants were so friendly, the staff was very welcoming, the haircuts and the posture of the employees was also very professional. The entire staff was so put together there and really brought the experience together. Shout out to the food runners and the African/French server (I’ll talk more about him later). Also, the food was totally top tier, although the prices undeniably molested my bank account, it was worth it. The salmon was so pink and beautiful it was like cake, my date’s noodles tasted like if mac and cheese had a significantly sexier older sister. The whipped potato’s gave me a mouth-gasm, the warm and creaminess was something I’ve never experienced before. The mock tails had such a unique taste, mixed with the fresh fruit. I do however wish the sparkling water wasn’t a whopping 6 bucks but it’s fair since I got to keep the large glass bottle. Now, back to the African French server. Man this guy freaking rocked! For context, my date was French and is currently learning the tongue, so I put in the special request that the waiter would have a French accent, and this lad comes out talking full baguette and my date loved it! I’m so proud to have chosen such a caring restaurant, I’ve never tipped so much, I had to pull out another card. Conclusion or TLDR, the restaurant was very pleasing with effortful staff and high quality food, however is expectedly expensive. Amazing, 5 stars!

    We celebrated my son's 40th birthday here! I could not have been more pleased. Their attention to detail and their overall service were terrific. Abdhula was the most fantastic server. The food was all great, but the steaks were a culinary achievement by Linz and the chef!

    We had a lovely evening at Rick Erwin's West End. Ty was an excellent server and the rest of the staff did a great job. The food was excellent as always. Definitely one of the best in downtown Greenville.
