Wow. Every time I return I'm more impressed with the delicious food and exceptional value. Had a party of 12 and service was excellent. Owners are on the ball improving the traditional and adding new items. Definitely support these folks.

I was warned, by several other diners. Yet, we proceeded with our reservation. This was hands-down the worst dining experience we’ve had. Not a single item that came to our table was poured, delivered or cooked properly — to the point I sent my dinner back because it was covered in raw egg white. Manager came to tell me how carbonara should be served … that wasn’t it, in fact, I pointed out how dangerous that was. As a chef, I would have fully expected that plate of food to be returned to the kitchen. Cocktail - burnt. Calamari - hockey puck. Stuffed artichokes - whatever the polar opposite of hockey puck is. Cavatelli - was fettuccine. Baked ravioli - somewhere between the two latter + add gristle. Out of lasagna. Enjoyed the marinara and my water. For $120. Go to any other restaurant on The Hill. Or anywhere else in STL.

I should have sent my tortellini back as soon add it arrived all dried out. I'd never eaten at Rigazxi's, so i wasn't 100% sure what it should look like. It was SO dried out -- like it sat under the heat lamp for an hour-- that I asked for Alfredo sauce to pour on it. Even then, it was tough. My friend's chicken speidini was cold and dry with a tiny bit of risotto, maybe 1/3 cup. We should have sent that back, too. Another friend got the meatball sandwich, which he liked after asking for marinara sauce to put on it. My husband got a small pizza. It was good, but over $20 for about an 8 inch pizza with light toppings was way overpriced! It's safe to say, none of us will be back.

Great food and fun atmosphere! We hosted our family Christmas and had a special table for 15 of us on the patio that was outside with heaters. For us, that was perfect!

Definitely not the experience we have had in the past at Rigazzi's. We have made it a family tradition to go to Rigazzi's during the Christmas season. This is our first time under the new owners and unfortunately it will be our last. The service was slow. They were out of basically everything we asked for. We were told we would be comp'd for the appetizer that was unavailable and they would sub a different appetizer which they didn't. The 1stwhole experience was very frustrating and quite frankly the food was not the quality we were used to in the past. We are definitely looking for a new place to continue our Christmas tradition. There are plenty of other restaurants on the Hill to choose from.

We came here 2 days before Christmas for lunch. We are from out of town & wanted a sit-down, simple lunch. They were very busy & seemed to be having g staffing issues. We saw several tables get up & leave. Maybe it was the time of year? A “hey, we’re short staffed today,” would have gone a long way. We ordered toasted ravioli, a sandwich & a salad. I’m not sure what the big deal is about the ravioli in STL. Maybe we need to try another place? They were hard & bland. The sauce for dipping was boring. Nothing we ordered had much flavor. I don’t give bad reviews very often, but we will not be back.

We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. Had to ask for water after no one came to our table for 15 minutes, took an hour for our food to arrive after ordering, they ran out of salad so we didn’t get the salads included with our entrees. Rather than comping us even a little bit, we were told “since the salads are free, it doesn’t matter”. Worst. Restaurant. Experience.
