   Overall the experience was not that bad. Staff were all very friendly and had good intentions. Service needs to be better coordinated amongst team members - don’t wait 10-15min before approaching table and asking for initial drink orders; timing of food from the kitchen is off - mains were arriving several minutes apart; bussing of the table can be more efficient; extensive use of teaspoons as serving and eating implements is not correct. Front of house manager seems deficient here. Food was all good. Some questionable portion sizes to price ratio. ($37 for two tiny 2”max crab cakes - we’re very tasty, but 18/per 2” crab cake seems very high) Overall - if service could be tightened up, the overall experience will be much better. The staff all seemed to intend well, but lacked overall direction and leadership. Great for pre-show dining.

   The ambience and vibes were great. There were some items on the menu that were listed on the app that we were disappointed to find out weren’t on the menu when we got there. Great service. Would come back again for sure.

   They updated the food menu and removed the fried chicken that is presented in a cage. I did not enjoy hearing that. Also, food portions got smaller. I ordered the squid pasta and the dish was a little cool (temperature) for my taste. Cocktails did not change and were delicious to drink.

   The burger is pretty amazing and the 360 views are great too. They updated their menu and it’s an improvement from last year.

   Underwhelming. Their location and staff is what keeps them going. The food was tired and boring for the price point. Excellent service - whatever food - average drinks.

   Great views from the Garden. Food wasn’t bad, but nothing really special. Service was ok, not super attentive, which was surprising as it was a Tuesday evening and not very crowded. Live music was a nice touch, but pretty loud. It was smooth jazz for awhile, but then switched to some very loud sets, which made it extremely difficult to hold a conversation (which was important to me as I had been looking for a quieter, more romantic place to meet). If I had known about the live music ahead of time I would’ve asked to be seated in a different location. All in all, ok, I’d consider going back for the view and maybe a drink; wouldn’t go back for the food or music.

    First time here and it was disappointing. Decor is pretty that’s about it. From the restaurant website it looked big but the bar and solarium is very small. Great menu items however the portions are small including entrees. I had the squid ink cappelletti, it was delicious but not enough for dinner. I ordered a glass a wine from happy hour menu but I got charged full price. I notified server of discrepancy and she went away to check. After 10 minutes she states she can’t change the price because the manager is not present. Really??? Then another server acknowledges error, she agrees to credit me back but keeps me waiting for 15 minutes! It was a Monday night and it was not busy at all. Don’t advertise prices that your staff can’t honor and to give excuse that there is no manager is very poor service. This was a waste of time and zero value in this experience.
