2.5 hours and includes lunch. We offer cooking lessons to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine with the traditions handed down by our parents and our grandparents, using the products of our farm, as well as those of nearby farms. Everything is handmade, including all pasta, bread and desserts. The lesson consists of creating typical Tuscan recipes, accompanied by our Chef who will guide you in their creation We start with making 2 kinds of pasta, typical from the area, with traditional recipes and all made by hand! The famous Tagliatelle or Pappardelle are then made with the same hand-rolled pasta, which will be seasoned with a delicious tomato or meat sauce. Dining with locals and tourists together in our ancient certified organic farmhouse overlooking the Val D'Orcia!!! Come for a visit to our ancient farmhouse overlooking the Val D'Orcia!! Have a stroll before after lunch to see one of the most important historical properties in the area! Tuscan Pasta Lunch (local cured meats from Pienza and our neighbors Pecorino di Pienza cheese tasting, home made first course, dessert, water and coffee included). Wine is not included. Communal dining with locals and tourists together in our ancient farmhouse overlooking the Val D'Orcia!!! Dinner starts with an apperitivo of prosecco + appetizers followed by a fixed multi course menu, made fresh daily in house from our own or locally sourced ingredients. In case of allergies, intolerances or vegetarian please let us know in advance. The cost is 50 euros per person and includes an aperitif with prosecco and chef's choice of daily made appetizers followed by a first course, second course with meat side dish, dessert, coffee/ water. A wonderful experience and a lovely complement to our stay in Tuscany. This style of dining brings “the best of both” - the casual, communal, and social dimension of having friends over for dinner, but with the elevated authenticity of a Tuscan food culture. The team here are friendly, warm, and the food was exquisite. We opted for the bistecca upgrade and it was superb! Don’t miss an opportunity to nab a table here.

We really enjoyed our communal dinner. The lawn was gorgeous, everyone was kind and happy! We highly recommend the steak option as it comes out on a hot plate with fresh herbs! Delicious!!

Amazing dinner in a typical Italian farmhouse. The property is very beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is kind and welcoming. I am vegetarian and I had first and second course made from fresh vegetables from their garden. So tasty and genuine. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure!!!

Wonderful ancient farmhouse setting overlooking the valley. It starts with an appetizer overlooking a stunning picturebook sunset! We sat at a communal table which was really fun and met interesting people from all over the world! The food was farm to table and delicious!!!!

We have been thet with my family last week. Was the best and wonderfull experience. The florence bisteck was amazing. I hope back someday to repet this exclsuive experience. The toscana land a view were the most wonderfull too!!

A really tasty multi course dinner at a large communal table. There was a stunning sunset with prosecco to start! The vegetables and products were from their own garden. The staff was very nice and attentive and was really fun!
