   Had a birthday brunch celebration for a few friends. The food was excellent. We go to brunch or dinner monthly. It’s not often we have a meal that EVERYONE enjoys. Ritual House will be added to our rotation.

   Food was expensive and not good. Steak was supposed to be medium and it was well past well done. The stuffed gnocchi was weird- it was sitting on a bed of some kind of purée that tasted the same as whatever was in the gnocchi. Way too much of the same texture and flavor. The bread board was okay but 2 of the 3 spreads for the bread were kind of trash. Cocktails, servers/ host were great. I’d recommend getting a drink here and nothing else.

   So, for the 25th anniversary of our first date, we went out to Ritual House based upon reviews from this group, for dinner. First off, service was outstanding and very attentive. We started with the shrimp and crab cocktail with lemon vinaigrette. That was a great start. I wanted a bit more cocktail sauce (off the chain). Didn’t know what to get from the menu. Was torn between the short rib/parm grits, lobster Mac, and ribeye special. We both went with the ribeye special. California ribeye, grass fed and carrot finished (who knew?). Served over a smoked, then charred carrot purée and topped with peppers and onions. Perfect medium rare. That purée was so good, I am going to give it a shot at home. We have been to most of the steakhouses in town. But, this was the best steak we have ever had in the ‘Burgh. Not, even, close. I want to come back and try a NY strip to see how they stack up. Got an order of the pretzel salad to go. Only complaint was that our main could have been a tad warmer. Bonus tip, the table next to us ordered the grilled halibut with the caviar cream and said it was outstanding. Overall, 4.5/5. Will definitely be back.

   We have been here several times and each time has been outstanding. The service is impeccable, very friendly and accommodating staff and excellent food! The manager, Patrick goes above and beyond to meet all your needs. Great Chef Jeremy! Highly recommend!

   Our visit to the Ritual House was very good. The cocktails were on point and our service was outstanding. My hubby had their grouper and scallop special and I had their short ribs. Both meals were good but could have used a bit more seasoning. We will definitely go back to try some other things next time!

   Enjoyed our first time dining at the ritual house. Enjoyed our drinks and meal for brunch. Our server Drew did and excellent job and made the experience even better.
