   Service could have been better, but as it was New Year’s Eve all is forgiven it as very busy. On the whole we had a great evening thank you to all.👍🥂

   Beautiful resturant and bar. However, the food was very disappointing. The calamari was not cooked properly and even when sent back was not of the quality expected. We found it to be poor value for money, and very small portion sizes even though ordering from the main menu. The service was disappointing, with the staff not appearing to take concerns about portion size seriously. We paid £30 for an extremely small bowl of pasta, with 4 prawns and an empty prawn shell! There was no suitable table reserved, even though a table was booked weeks prior. As a party of two we were initially expected to sit at the end of a large banquet table. However a suitable table was found after our request and a bit of a wait.

   I asked for a booth as it was a special occasion , my husbands 60th . We didn’t get one. The food was ok but nothing outstanding compared to previous visits we have had to this restaurant. I was very disappointed in general and wished we had gone elsewhere for a better more personal experience. There were no personal touches. I appreciate it’s nearly Christmas but we both have December birthdays and we’re looking for something we didn’t get at Riva Blu

    Music too loud intrusive. Inappropriate music food very mediocre - the aubergine balls completely tasteless sent Duck back and had a pizza which was okay. Staff very sweet and helpful wine was nice might have expected one main course not charged for as a courtesy. We will not be seeking out. Riva Italian again yours DP
