   Where to begin.... We got the last reservation of the night and were very excited to finally try River Twist.The ambiance is great! Eclectic, fun, creative- lots to look at! The people could not be friendlier! Cara our server, Anthony, and Lorraine the owner were absolutely delightful and made this a lovely visit! Now, let's talk about the food... just YUM! The fried chicken livers were like taste bomb pillows! Cooked to perfection, tasty, lots of layers of flavor.... The lamb was amazing, perfectly done with a phenomenal sauce... and the tuna tataki was creatively presented with sesame soba noodles a slaw and a sauce that perfectly complemented the tuna - which basically melted in my mouth. For dessert, outstanding espresso and blueberry lemon crème brûlée. I mean.... I'm a bit of a crème brûlée aficionado, and this has to be one of the best I've ever had! Don't miss a chance to eat here. You won't be disappointed!

   Went for lunch. It took almost 45 minutes to just get salads out to us, which was under seasoned, but good( Consensus of the table). It was not crowded. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Service is not great. Maybe the restaurant is better for dinner? Will not be back

   We are sorry that it took so long for your salads ! I know someone at the table wanted a subsitution for the free soup we offer at lunch . I am sorry you wont be back the food is fresh and delicious and we would love to have you back . We worked very hard to provide good service and delicious food for everyone .

   If perfection in a mail is what you're striving for. This is the place you want to visit. The atmosphere was eclectic and serene very unique ambience. Hats off to the chef I've been to a lot of restaurants in Vero Beach and non-compare to this experience. The food was absolutely perfect. Started it with a carpaccio appetizer and moved onto the mahi and end at the mail with bananas foster. Every single bite was fresh exquisitely, prepared and beautifully displayed. I am a restaurant connoisseur and this is hands-down. My favorite place in town.

   Wonderful dining experience! The service was excellent and our entrees were delicious. Drinks are a little pricey but the food portions are huge. The Osso Bucco was one of the best, the Flounder was fresh with a slight spiced kick and those potatoes were deadly but oh so good. Will be back soon!

   Really cool place, owner greeted us she was very welcoming. Food was good but service was really bad. The server acted as though we were a bother and was very unfriendly. Probably would not go back.

   Reservations were for 7:15PM, had to sit at bar for over 20 minutes, didn't get drinks correct & forgot to drink 2, didn't take dinner order for over 45 minutes after sitting at table, dinner not served till 1 hour 45 minutes after reservation time, 1 meal served could not even eat. Place was EXTREMELY Loud and we had to shout at each other to be heard.

   We sat at the bar which was fun and Kara was amiable enough. We decided not to order 30 seconds after getting our cocktails. We weren’t hungry yet and in no hurry. We finally ordered 1 app and 2 dinners. We waited 25 minutes for the app and almost an hour for our dinners. The worst of it was, during the horrendous wait, not once did Kara apologize or even offer a feeble excuse. We won’t be going back and it’s too bad cause the place is really cute.

    Had a New York strip steak. asked for it to be medium and it was well done It had no flavor but had a very sour sauce on it with an egg. Sauce and egg came off and ate the well-done steak I asked for steak sauce. And the waitress said they don't have any and I was the first to ask for it in 5 yrs. It made me laugh. I cleared the sour sauce off and ate the tasteless steak My wife had the trout and she said it was good. It had a large salad with it
