   Definite need for a menu revamp. Without a nice filet or grilled salmon on the menu, you’ve lost a lot of folks. The mashed potatoes were flavorless.

   Great restaurant. The only disappointment was, and being way to critical, was that the pork belly and shrimp skewers did not seem to be a great combination. Pork was too heavy for the shrimp. Maybe too large a portion to get a good bite of both flavors. Scallops with the polenta were perfect.

   We had a late reservation due to only two time selections. This was a special birthday celebration for my wife as indicated thru OpenTable. We did get seated early with half of the restaurant empty. Food and service was great but no extra acknowledgment of the birthday. Not sure if the price of the top floor is actually worth the wait.

   Food was excellent and nice quiet atmosphere. I usually dine on the first floor, this was a nice change for my birthday dinner. Love the location, beautiful

   Forgettable unfortunately- was really wanting to love this experience as there are so few fine dining options in the immediate area. The atmosphere was terrible, we were seated all the way around the corner from the main dining room in an area that could be nice, except there are couches directly to your left if facing the very back of the restaurant which I am guessing is for people waiting on a table. However, if the restaurant would have been full, it would have been very awkward having a group of people staring at your potentially romantic dinner for two. The whole area upstairs looks more like a dining hall. The lighting is very bright. The piano player was very good, but was so far away from us in the main dining room that we couldn’t enjoy him. There is no bar at all upstairs, but plenty of room to put one so I would highly consider putting one in if the goal is truly to provide more of a fine dining experience with craft cocktails. Also would consider a wine list with more then just a few limited options on the dining menu. My food was good (chilean seabass), my husbands was not (pork chop) however price was too high considering the lack of ambience. The server although sweet, works downstairs and only had worked 2nd floor a couple of times, so really didn’t know specifics about the potentially leveled up cuisine. She recommended the pork chop which is why my husband ordered it. We won’t be back unless there is a more extensive renovation including at least a bar and a more thought out design than what has been done so far which seems like nothing more than putting tables and couches into an open space. The main dining room isn’t situated to take advantage of the premium water view which is a miss. I truly applaud the attempt but hope you will consider the feedback received as this area really needs the concept you are attempting to provide. Chateau 13 is an example that I would follow for this concept, the advantage you have is the incredible location.

   This was our first time eating here and we were surprised Thayer there was nobody in the place but a few parties. The menu really was very limited and my husband was disappointed that they had no fresh catch on the menu being as it was on the water at a marina. We ordered the hanger steak which was really good and the waiter was very attentive but we really should’ve eaten at the downstairs restaurant as they had a much better menu.

    The view is spectacular and the food was fabulous! The lobster bisque was incredible and the house salad was one of the best I’ve had. Now, I ordered the pork chop and was I happy!!! It was delicious and plenty of dood. I even shared some with others. The potatoes that come with it are also incredible. They are mixed with cauliflower and quite tasty. My husband got the scallops and while he said they were wonderful he could have eaten twice what they brought so if you’re hungry I’d opt for something else. The piano player was a nice touch and gives the place some extra class. It’s a little pricey but the view alone is worth giving it a try
