    Making the reservation was easy and we were seated right away when we arrived. It took a little bit for a server to come at first but the food arrived very soon after we ordered. My salmon was hot and very delicious. My husband had the chicken Parmesan which he said was good but a little cold. I also had the French Alexander drink which was very good! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

    At first, we were given the wrong menus and met with much confusion when we tried to order. After repeatedly being told that they "didn't have" any of the items we tried to order, they finally looked at the menu and realized we had the wrong one (we were given lunch instead of brunch - we didn't noticed, since it was 12pm - lunchtime). Fine, no big deal, it happens. We finally place our order off of the correct menu. About ten minutes later, our waitress and someone else, presumably her manager, came out. They were trying to clarify what my husband ordered. The manager insisted that they don't have it, or don't serve it at brunch, it's unclear. We were getting a little frustrated at this point, because after the menu confusion, this was the fourth meal my husband had tried to order only to be told they don't have it/won't make it. He tried to tell them that he ordered it off of the "correct" menu they gave us. The manager got very nasty and demanded that he "point at it on the menu" for her. He does, and she responds, "Of course we have that, why didn't you say that?" Umm... he did. Multiple times. To both you and your waitress, who, I'm guessing, just wrote it down wrong initially. There was confusion among the waitress and the manager about our drink orders, too. It all put a really sour taste in our mouths. The food was fine, nothing special, but good enough. Drinks were mediocre at best. But it was a really unpleasant experience overall.

    Everything was a 10/10! Great food, great service, and very nice ambiance. Our server (don’t recall his name but he was a Hispanic gentleman) was very attentive, nice and management was friendly and seemed involved. Would definitely return and recommend!

    Took way too long to get served before one of the shows. Showed up at 4PM and were seated promptly. Got our drinks and salads in the first 10 minutes, which was great. The dinner took another 50 minutes while others around us who arrived later were served and finished their meals. Had to eat in meal in roughly 10 minutes to head to the show. No adjustments to the bill, just heartfelt apologies.

    Reservation was at 4, food arrived at 5:40, show was at 6. Upstairs area was understaffed and although everyone was apologetic, no actions were made to compensate. Will not return.
