Everything was excellent. I’ve been to all 3 locations and all were excellent. The carpaccio is the best I’ve ever had. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is because no one asked to see our VAX card when we came in. Nor were other patrons asked to show their vax cards, at least as far as I could tell. That made me a little uncomfortable. However we were seated well away from any other patrons.

We returned with our teens, looking forward to a delicious meal that would suit their appetites and weren’t disappointed. The service was as friendly and efficient as during our first date night visit. We love this place!

I would not recommend this restaurant to people who are being conscientious of COVID-19 guidelines. They did not check our vaccine cards or anybody else that was seated after us. Extremely shady and endangering patrons. The food was fantastic though.

The four of us shared 3 entrees along with the antipasti appetizer. All of the food was exceptional. Will definitely go back to this one or one of their other locations.

Consistent, fabulous restaurant. First time at the Gas Town location and it was great. Antonio our server was friendly and efficient. I am celiac and never have any issue with eating the GF options here.

Authentic Italian food just like you would find in Italy. We had the lobster and crab ravioli with shrimp, spaghetti al pesto with burrata, osso buco with saffron risotto and pappardelle rosche rosche. All 4 dishes were outstanding! Pappardelle was exceptional. Filled with lovely tender pieces of beef, chicken and sausage in a tasty tomato ragu! For dessert we all had the panna cotta with wild berries. Also top notch. Service was very good. Definitely recommend this place for those looking to try rare chance of food just like you would find in Italy. Very simple dishes with top quality ingredients. Not for those looking for garlicky, cheese-covered sauce-laden food passing for "Italian" in Canada/US. Cosy atmosphere.

Antipasto is very dry, dry salad (no dressing) dry meat, dry hard cheese and dry bread ! It definitely needed some oil/ balsamic or jams/ chutneys/ spread/ dips! Pasta was great, but nothing too special, but can tell it’s very fresh at least! Dessert (creme brulee) was the highlight.
