This is a beautiful restaurant. The waitstaff was professional and attentive and the space is spectacular. The Tuna tartar appetizer was the best. The chicken entree was large and beautifully presented—but a bit dry; accompanying Brussels sprouts were undercooked. The two sorbets for dessert were very sweet and could have been more interesting. (Next time I’ll get the cheesecake!) Cappuccino was perfect.

Robert has an ideal location nine floors above Broadway and Central Park. Window seats are sought after. We were one table in from the window and happy with our seats and view. The food is outstanding. We both chose the lunch prix fixe, which at $51 for three courses, seemed like a good value. The wine by the glass was reasonable. The martini was well prepared.

Very unique location and views. Room is tiny and tables are close together, food is average but the price reflects that. There’s lots of people just sitting on couches in the middle of the room and lots of kids running around.
