I at at ROMAS last year and the food was top quality along with great service and hospitality. Yesterday on the 27th was a very bad dinning experience the wait staff was slow and no more polite greetings. The ambience was dull and no attraction for customers. Then the food came and it was a total disaster. Spaghetti and meat sauce with seafood tasted like rubber, seafood was not pleasing either probably frozen by the way it tasted. My wife’s meal tasted ok at best and her lobster was not fresh at all. I sent my meal back and ate the old bread that was provided to our table. I will not be going back to ROMAS again.

Marlin, our waiter was top notch. We’ve been here a week and have only gone to one place twice . Roma. The food is fabulous. Marlin’s service is exceptional- he’s friendly, brings laughter and enjoyment to whatever it is that is you. I would imagine that his fellow peers see him the same way. We’re coming back to St Martin’s. We’re coming back to Roma.

We were greeted and seated by the owner. He took a personal interest in our welfare throughout the meal. I will return again & again!!!

We took the advice of others and sat at a high top table in the center bar- and got to take advantage of having access to both the Roma and Mr. Chow menus. The bartender happened to grab the chef just as we ordered to make sure our son’s food could be prepared gluten free (celiac). Service was great, food was amazing. Only drawback was that the bar music was a tad too loud.

I ordered the ultimate chicken parm. The only thing I would have changed is adding more pasta for the amount of chicken served.

This is a consistently good restaurant. The food is very good and the service outstanding. I’m a NJ native, this is good Italian food with a nice ambiance and a great team.

We were told to go here and what a gem of a resteraunt …The staff are welcoming, the setting is inviting and the food was delicious! The Limoncello is divine! When in St. Martin this restaurant is a must!

ROMA was Awesome! - We started with the Calamari Fritti and then moved into the Fettucine with Lobster and then on to the Red Snapper Filet - OMG! Amazing! My son had the rack of lamb and it was amazing perfectly cooked and great flavor! Dessert was excellent also!!!!!!

Amazing! The reviews on OT were mostly excellent (yes, there are the grouchy and never happy who leave terrible reviews without even trying to fix things at the time they are dining) so I decided to give it a try. There is a pizza and hot sandwich menu and an entree menu. I ordered the Caesar salad and it was fresh. The pumpkin agnolotti was heavenly. The menu is extensive and it was hard to decide. Fresh bread was brought to the table and the rolls were warm and soft. The focaccia was ok. Service was fast without being intrusive. The dessert menu was offered and it was tempting, but I declined. I ordered wine, but there is a full bar. Limoncello was offered on the house. I swore off Limoncello after two weeks in Italy, but when in St. Martin why not? Nope. I do not ever want limoncello again!
