   Had a reservation for which the restaurant sent me three messages reminding me if i am late i will be charged and they wont hold my table past 30 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes prior to reservation and was told i would have a 20 minute wait. After 40 minutes i check in with host for update and seems they had forgotten me. I was then seated at a small table with patio side tables as my eating table instead of the table category reserved. The Table i was given shake and are not stable making drink spillage happen and hard to bend over and cut a steak. We finally ordered our food and they brought out our entrees before our appetizers. We advise the waitress and she brought them back to the kitchen where you can tell they just put under heating lamp. When they then delivered all food together my what was supposed to be medium rare steak was cold, tough, and grey in color from being under the heat lamp, and most definely at an over well done cook. I asked to have remade and was then given another overcooked steak but this time also covered in grissle. I had to hunt down my waitress for any attention and service I will not be returning for quite some time.

   Breathtaking views of Manhattan, NY and downtown Jersey City, NJ. Happy Hour times & prices are better than regular menu prices, and its better to have a reservation. Highly recommend The Roof Top.

   I had a great time with my mother at the Rooftop. The host was incredibly helpful and his friendliness was outstanding. I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my time at the establishment. The space was immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. What truly set the host apart, though, was their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. He made my mother feel at ease when he spoke Spanish to her and was kind to take pictures of us both. It’s rare to come across a host who is as accommodating, friendly, and attentive as him. I will highly recommend this place with everyone I come across—without a doubt, I will return!
