A Consumption Revolution in Uptown, Charlotte. Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen, A Jim Noble Restaurant, will redefine dining out. A food and wine bar featuring an a la carte menu of comfortable Spanish, French and Italian influenced selections prepared on a wood fired grill, rotisserie and imported Italian oven. Rooster's is high quality and affordable casual cuisine combined with a local Southern boy's culinary impartations. The open kitchen centered in the dining room allows the guest to view the crafting of cuisine while dining at the kitchen's antique granite countertop on a hand crafted pub bar stool. Finishes of Leather, antique stone, beautiful crafted woodwork and wrought iron parallels the artisan architecture and design with artisan, hand crafted styled cuisine.

    Lots of hype, but not much substance. Great reviews from others for sure, must have been a bad night. Not much flavor in the pizza and salmon. Brussel sprouts were excellent. Not a great experience, but would give it another try. Probably not on a busy night.

    Always a pleasure to dine at Rooster's. Great location for the theater, service is wonderful and the food never disappoints. The sides are not to be missed and can be shared.

    Delicious lunch at Rooster's! My favorite is the grilled Salmon and tried the Onion rings. Crispy, seasoned and so good. Many options and all dishes are well above standard lunch fare.

    Food was awesome as always. Hard to decide what to order but we got fried oysters, lamb and chicken and shared sides of corn, collards, onion rings and scalloped potatoes. Our server realized food was slow coming and asked the manager to intervene. They really went above and beyond to get our food to us in time for us to get to our show. And gave us dessert as well. We couldn't be more appreciate of what they did for us and how they got treated us. It's one of your favorite places and our uptown go-to. That will never change. Awesome food and service and our loyalty goes to Roosters.

    Everything about this restaurant was great, except for the fact that they were so backed up that they almost made us late for our show! This was not much of anyone’s fault other than timing!

    Rooster's never disappoints. It is convenient when at an event at Blumenthal, plus they will validate your parking. The food and the service is exceptional. My husband had a pizza which was yummy. I had the lettuce salad with the fried oysters. We usually order the coconut cake for dessert, but we decided to try the key lime pie. Everything we had was yummy! Can't wait for our next trip.
