   The food was excellent. Service was excellent and staff was incredibly helpful. We needed wheelchair help and they were very accommodating.

   Food - very good, but small serving size for the price. Service - only fair. Started when we arrived at hostess stand upstairs for our reserved table - hostesses were all indifferent at best, if not outright unfriendly. We asked for a booth and were told one was not available, although booths in the room remained open during our entire meal. Our server - Ricky - was ok, but a bit too casual and we felt rushed at times, especially at the end of the meal, when he stood right next to the table after bringing our check waiting for us to provide a credit card, and then waited while I signed the credit card slip. I've never had that happen in a restaurant before.

   A member of our party ordered a fish entree and it was an extremely small portion. She should have been made aware of the portion size by the waiter when she ordered it so that’s he could have made an informed decision on whether to order it or not.

   Love Rooster’s! Food is excellent and they help out if you need to make an event. All staff helpful. I continue to make Rooster one of my favorite places to take friends.

   The food was severely overpriced it was tasty but the onion rings were so horribly greasy. I wouldn't go again.

   The food and service were outstanding! Restaurant was very busy (probably due to an upcoming Blumenthal performance next door) but our server was calm, efficient and friendly. Our group of six was initially seated inside where it was very noisy…so we were kindly relocated to an area in the atrium by the escalators which was perfect! We were easily able to talk among ourselves in the new location. A special thank-you goes to Rachel, a manager, who helped us find a route to the table without having to walk up the stairs. A different manager came by our table after we finished eating to check on us…wow-what great service! Several of us had the flounder, which was delicious! I’m ready to go back to Rooster’s-we loved it!

   Our server Z was amazing. We would come back for her, the food was okay. The kids loved their burger, but the steak I had was fatty and scrambled eggs mushy.

    Great chicken and sides! Our table got the succotash, corn and butter beans, onion rings and mac and cheese with the chicken. We have had better mac and cheese but everything else was excellent, especially the onion rings!
