   The filets we ordered were over cooked. Sent them back and received under cooked filets. The hostess was more worried about us leaving before even seating us. Not a good start. Drinks were wonderful and appetizing were great. Maybe there not a good place for steak. Next time we’ll order different items to see if it’s better.

   Considering it was Christmas Day all staff was amazing. Excellent service as always! We didn’t realize that it was the lunch menu prior to 3pm (which actually forced me to get something different than the last 2 times🤣) the food had so much flavor and was delicious!! We’ve decided this will be our new go to for our Christmas Day dinner tradition ❤️

   Best restaurant experience we have had in a while! Food was incredible, service was great, place was packed for xmas eve but it felt festive and fun. The kid drinks were super cute / kids loved the kids menu and we felt like the kiddos were welcome but still felt like the restaurant was cool and would be a good date night, too. The risotto and the salmon were incredible and the drinks were fun and good. Skipped dessert as we were full - reason to come back :)

   We have never had sub par service. I think he had too many tables or maybe he's a little ADD, like I am. But he literally had a blind spot on his rounds, he didn't look at us once. We had to wave him down to get his attention, which is odd at a more upscale place. We know most of the waitstaff here, and got more attention from them stopping by to check on us, than our waiter. Anyway, we still love this place, and highly recommend it. May have just been an off day for us, it happens. Had the shrimp app, taste was on point, but shrimp was so over cooked it was dry, not just rubbery. Everything else was fantastic as usual. The buratta app, the filet, the skirt steak, bomb. They had clam chowder as the soup, and it was delicious, lots of clams and potatoes, thick and creamy, delicious! we had the Rose Park old-fashioned, and a lemon drop with Chopin, so good, but we missed Ion, it was his day off, which bummed me out because it was my husband's birthday, and I know he would've made a big deal of it. He always makes us feel special. Our waiter had to be reminded it was his birthday. Kind of a bummer. Still better than 90% of the restaurants in town even on an off day!    I had one very good lunch here and one good but not great dinner. I think it may depend on what you order. I had the Paella and the seafood in it was overcooked so it was a bit of a disappointment. Service was friendly and they brought a complimentary dessert for my partners birthday which was delicious. Overall I would recommend them.

   Went for lunch. Waited a few minutes for our reservation. Shown to a great table. Very comfy, soft chairs. Had the beet salad, excellent and beautifully presented. Also had the crispy chicken sandwich. Very tasty as well. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. All around a great place for a meal. Will definitely return.

   Love the ambiance. This was our second time dining here. The ribeye special was amazing. Cooked perfectly. Short rib pasta was delicious. We will be back!

   We had our office Holiday party at Rose Park Bistro. Everyone except myself had never dined here before. The atmosphere was very festive, which made for a wonderful first impression. The hostess was very accommodating when we requested seating further inside the main dining area as our booth was so close to the front door. The menu options spanned our palettes from the chicken sandwich to the ravioli. The paella and shrimp and lobster ravioli were a huge hit. The steak tartar served over an avocado base was un unexpected and welcome surprise. Super yummy! Wine by the glass options are excellent. Dessert was a win, too. The pistachio cake was out of this world. Last, but not least, the servers were all very attentive. Everyone agreed that we will be returning again.

    Great food, cocktails and service. Beautiful restaurant. Food was served piping hot that made it even more enjoyable. We had the seafood paella that had a generous portion of lobster along with other great fish. We also had the Pappardelle short rib dish that was equally amazing. The salad we choose was the butter lettuce gem salad that was fresh and crisp besides tasty. Great addition to the Roseville dining scene.
