   We had our office Holiday party at Rose Park Bistro. Everyone except myself had never dined here before. The atmosphere was very festive, which made for a wonderful first impression. The hostess was very accommodating when we requested seating further inside the main dining area as our booth was so close to the front door. The menu options spanned our palettes from the chicken sandwich to the ravioli. The paella and shrimp and lobster ravioli were a huge hit. The steak tartar served over an avocado base was un unexpected and welcome surprise. Super yummy! Wine by the glass options are excellent. Dessert was a win, too. The pistachio cake was out of this world. Last, but not least, the servers were all very attentive. Everyone agreed that we will be returning again.

   Great food, cocktails and service. Beautiful restaurant. Food was served piping hot that made it even more enjoyable. We had the seafood paella that had a generous portion of lobster along with other great fish. We also had the Pappardelle short rib dish that was equally amazing. The salad we choose was the butter lettuce gem salad that was fresh and crisp besides tasty. Great addition to the Roseville dining scene.

   Wet to Rose park Bistro with friends for lunch to celebrate the holidays Had a nice table in the corner so because we are seniors we could hear each other The noise level was minimal we all enjoyed our meals Will come again

   Been here a few times and the food and service have been exceptional, however this time on my wife's birthday it was absolutely horrible. Close to an hour to receive a drink that was ordered and the waitress was incredibly rude.

   Best restaurant in Roseville by far. 6pm Rez..not seated til 6:37-no apology from hostess...not happy. One other con..manager/owner just walked around signalling to hostess table was ready. Not appropriately dressed. ...old jeans and casual shirt hanging out of pants...Should be going to every table to greet euests..building relationships...needs restaurant Mang. 101 class .Come on..you own a classy business...get with the program!!! Make the hostess' do their jobs ands you can do what you should be dong as an owner! . Jenessa/Server/Excellent. Ctails are pricey..not the best but good.(16-18$) Salad: butter lettuce and beet--excellent Entree: parpadelle with short rib and teriyaki skirt steak-excellent Desert: Pistachio Cake-Excellent Ambience: great vibe and feel. This wil be my favorite Roseville "go to. Right up ther with Ruth Chris and Il Foirnaio. No other great restaurants in Roseville.

   It was an almost perfect evening. Sitting at a table in the middle of the room is not ideal. We had three guys standing behind their friends at the bar with their butts in our faces.
