This was an outstanding example of high quality management, service and food service under pressure. Just at reservation time all union staff walked out on 24 strike, without notice, as an industry negotiation tactic. The management team took care of the reservations and gave us excellent food and service in a cheerful manner. Roselyse is high on our list of choice locations for Sunday brunch from past experience. This occasion raised the bar to a higher level. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will continue to regard this as our special place to celebrate with a meal, and we declare this assessment with our friends on any suitable occasion. A clear manifestation that the customer comers first!

When we arrived and were waiting to be seated, the manager came and told us to leave because their employees were on strike. I was wonder how come they did not communicate to us before we came.

Qualité des plats très inégale avec des promesses dans l’intitulé des plats pas forcément tenues. Personnel accueillant et service agréable. Le prix est un peu élevé en regard de la qualité attendue (frites industrielles, entrée chaude servie entre tiède et froid) mais ça dépanne quand on est à l’hôtel.

Food was not good at all, very few options and what we did order was almost inedible. The staff were very kind though from the hostess to manager and it was an ok place to sit.
