   Waiter was extremely drunk (at the very least). Wasn’t the only staff member who was inebriated. Took half an hour to introduce himself, longer to order. Forgot multiple things we ordered, forgot we paid, slurred his words throughout, brought other peoples orders. I was wondering if we were being punk’d.

   Went there on a busy holiday evening -- placed was very packed. The biggest negative was that service was slow, but our waiter was so nice that it wasn't a big deal. And Rosina herself walks around, telling you about the dishes and specials -- very sweet. The food was so good! Had the meatball appetizers over polenta, and that was excellent. The salmon was great, but the Rosetta was just amazing (pasta with ham in cheese -- sort of a ham/pasta fondue). We had the Primo super Tuscan wine, which was also great. We had carolers there too. Spent 2.5 hours, but very pleasant atmosphere. BTW, they have heat lamps for outdoor dining.

   Enjoyed almost every dish here over 5. Feels like the family run restaurant that it is. You have a choice of eating outside or two different indoor dining rooms. I feel like an instant regular and looking forward to more visits in the future.

   I don’t like to admit, but have to, that consistency in quality has fallen. Apparently it’s now a hit or miss. I had the lasagna, which was great. My wife had the ravioli, but the ravioli was hard and came in one big piece and was not tasty. I’m writing this because this is one of our favorite places to go to, and I would really wish that they go back to what they were, as this is the second time that we had a doubtful experience.

   The staff are so nice. Rosina came out to tell me how the specials are made. I’ve never heard of sweet potato soup, and I imagined it would taste like sweet potato - which isn’t my favourite, but hearing how it was made intrigued me so I tried it. Probably the BEST soup I’ve ever had in my life! The flavour wasn’t close to how I imagined it would be in my head. Amazing! Had the lasagna, also amazing! Fresh bread was perfect. And it just happened to be half price wine Wednesday, so I had a California Cab Sauv. with it. Enjoyable, friendly, cozy, atmosphere. I was in early when they opened, and staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. I love this place! Can’t wait to visit again when I fly in from Canada next.

   We tried the pizza for the first time ever as a starter course. Pizza, Veal Picatta ( special) and Lasagne were all Excellent ! Great to see Rosina back from Italy. Food, and service were all Outstanding !
