   Always a great experience for our family! Great food, so much variety yet always high quality food and beverages. Service is very attentive and friendly. Even though it is inside, there is a great sunset view with all of the large windows. A must for those visiting Maui!

   Server forgot to put in part of our food order, and they were completely out of salmon. Two of our party wanted a salmon Caesar salad.

   Went to Roy's for Christmas Eve and once again it was amazing. our server was Michael and he was incredible. Very nice, very attentive and helpful - accommodated everything we asked for. Butter Fish, Tiger Shrimp and Glazed short ribs were incredible. Highly recommend.

   The spinach/persimmon salad was unusual and excellent! Husband raved about the short ribs and my butter fish was amazing. Roy’s never disappoints and the food and service was spot on even on a busy Christmas Eve. A little pricey though, so we reserve it for a one time experience in our 2 months here.

   Nice place to relax. Good selection. Family enjoyed all their food. I did love that we got sat right by the kitchen when there were plenty of tables available.

   So much better than our experience a year ago! We typically visit multiple times during our multi-week stay on Maui. We will be back.

   Had a wonderful trip on Maui. We decided to go to Roy’s for my wife’s 40th. Reservation was at 3:45 on a Sunday . We were given a table mid restaurant, asked for a window and was told our party of 6 was to large ( there was two other couples in the restaurant, plenty of room to fill our simple request. Restaurant could not have been more open and empty honestly, still denied) so that was a bummer off the bat. We started our meal with WONDERFUL service from an amazing employee named Cindy. She was absolutely lovely. The restaurant seems to be extremely understaffed because Cindy had to change her uniform and became the hostess mid meal?? Yeah, it was like where did our service go because as soon as she switched job duties we were left high and dry. Drink orders never came, we watched them just sit at the bar and die a slow and unconsumed death ( I had to ask twice if they could be brought to us) another bummer, this was a $700 dollar meal with $7 service ( not Cindy… she rocked, while we had her for the 10 minutes we did). I know that they need people because I played golf at Ka’anapali two days before and the gal working the drink cart on the course was?? you guessed it Cindy.. sidebar on the golf, NO DRINKS SERVED on the drink cart only a hotdog at a course that runs $160 plus.. apparently they lost their liquor license 😂 well played everyone involved in that.. just wrapping it up quickly here, food was pretty good but definitely over priced for what is given. We had ribs, shrimp, Mac crusted local catch with really boring average totally something you can get anywhere sides, and decent but not amazing drinks.. Cindy AWESOME, Roy’s restaurant over priced and all and all just kinda a letdown for our group and my wife’s 40th.. definitely try something else in my opinion, thx aloha

    We have dined at Roy's the last 3 years, each time it has been better than the last. Fish should be easy to prepare since it is on the menu a lot. We have had the Mahi Mahi, and butterfish and it could have been better, either overdone, or mushy. Very overdone, but this last visit we ordered scampi and the ono, superb!! We will be back.
