   They really need to get rid of the knee high table/lounge chair seating and replace with an actual table. You must lean forward in your seat to reach the table at all times or to even hear your partner. Also the service was very slow and prices a bit too high for the overall quality and size of dishes/cocktails. We’ve tried this spot several times in hopes of liking it because we like the concept and vibe, but we’re always a bit let down.

   Food flavor was good. Tables are too close to the next one and our waiter was decent.

   Food was excellent and servers were excellent but they offered Valentine’s Day seating outside and although the temperature outside was fair, they did not have enough heaters and the seating area was located in a breezeway (not open air) so there was a freezing wind the entire time. Feels a bit like my own fault for not asking, but people absolutely not have been seated out there. Felt like a money grab for V-Day.

   This is my second time at RC and it was my boyfriend's first time. The experience is just amazing. The decor is gorgeous, the service is fantastic, and the food is delicious. We love being able to try a bunch of different items. The curry chicken is to die for! Can't wait to come again!

   Our server was rude and dropped food on the floor and it was under our table also and never came back to get it

   Went here for a birthday celebration with a group of people and everything was perfect, the food, service, and drinks. Everyone in the group loved it and all will be returning.

   We grabbed a quick bite and a cocktail before heading to city winery for our show and wow this place never disappoints! We tried a new cocktail the Thai Tea Martini and it is a sweet and thai tea heavenly cocktail with coconut rum. Perfect pick me up after work.

    We decided to try Ruby Chow's after reading somewhat mixed reviews. The ambience and decor lived up to the hype as it was very charming. The dim lighting was no joke as we could not see the menu and had to break out the dreaded phone flashlight. Hearing was also extremely difficult as the tables are placed very close together - zero privacy and you can hear lots of conversations around you. What you cannot hear is your server! We were seated upstairs even though I made a reservation in the dining room so that started me out on a sour note. We were sandwiched in between a girls' birthday group and parents of a newborn with the baby seat taking up a lot of space. They basically separated 2 tables in which to seat the 4 of us at 2 tiny tables. Drinks were good and the miso soup was pretty standard. The salad was very lacking in my favorite ginger dressing - just a bit on the top and the remainder of the bowl was just plain lettuce which is not tasty. I wish I had requested extra dressing! The crispy rolls were tasty but the shaking beef was too sweet and unimpressive as was the Thai basil chicken which was fried and quite dry and lacking in taste. Not sure where the basil was or the "puffy rice." I got a side dish of jasmine rice and it was fine. We left in under an hour and sadly will not return nor recommend it except for a drink at the bar. Again, the overall interior is moody and interesting and could be a good date night except you will not be able to communicate well. Sitting outside is always an option but the interior here is really the star of the show. So do not go for the food. Much better options elsewhere in this food genre.
