Ruby’s Bar & Grill Point Square is based beside the 3Arena Dublin since 2017. The ultimate venue for pre gig food and drinks.     What I wanted wasn’t on the menu , I was told by our server ,not on concert nights , stupid way to get extra money out of people 😤

    Always great place to kick back with food & drinks b4 a 3Arena gig, food is always good and drinks/cocktails would recommend it to anyone that’s heading to Arena.

    Not our first time at Ruby's on a concert night, however by far the worst experience. Second time this year when the heaters weren't working in the pods and no apology provided. When it came to the food, one pizza had sat that long it was nearly cold and the pepper sauce with the steak sandwich had a thick skin. It was made worse by my husband joking that they had forgotten my food when it appeared it was coming last, but in fact rather than processing the order for the pizza which I said and pointed to on the menu, a carbonara arrived. I explained I had ordered a pizza and no ownership of the mistake. Better again, when my pizza did finally arrive, it wasn't even the right pizza. I know the sign said no Karen's, but when we complained about the issues when paying there was no genuine apology whatsoever. The pizza was deducted from the bill, but the service and apology means more, I had a pizza at the end of day which I was willing to pay for as it was cooked and fresh, just extremely late and not the right pizza.

    We booked Rubys for food before Lionel Richie concert. We arrived early and were seated within 5 minutes. Waiting staff were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the ocktails. We will definitely be back

    we had a lovely meal in Ruby's Saturday evening before a concert. Food was great service was great Fab background music and lovely atmosphere overall.

    Had the most unreal chicken wings but the colour of the steak was a bit odd, it looked anemic but my boyfriend said it tasted grand, really good food regardless and such a good spot to go to before a concert in 3arena

    Our table booking was for 6.30 we only waited five minutes and our table was ready food was delicious served quickly and a great atmosphere in the restaurant 😀
