Rumi's Kitchen first opened more than a decade ago in Atlanta, the result of years of development by Chef / Owner Ali Mesghali. Showcasing the flavors of Iran -- fresh herbs, kabobs cooked over an open-fire grill -- quickly won loyal guests at the original location in Sandy Springs, GA and set us on pace to open our first restaurant outside of Georgia in 2020. Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet whose words and life teach us how to find inner peace, happiness and love. We invite you to Rumi’s Kitchen where fresh, healthy food and attentive Persian hospitality await you.

    Rumi’s food hasn’t disappointed! This was my 6th visit, 4th at this location. The food is amazing! Well seasoned and so much variety! The Chilean sea bass is my favorite. I had a table reservation, was waiting at the bar they were running behind on the tables. Chris at the bar was wonderful! Give that man a raise! He was so knowledgeable and his recommendations were on point! I decided to stay at the bar for dinner. Chris had great service, was friendly and professional! He made the experience even better!

    One of our order missed and delivered late after our remind. They persist to pick dishes and glass up and they came to the desk repeatedly. Appetizers didn't refill. It can be asked at least before picking up

    Amazing experience. Both food and the service was outstanding! Never had a waitstaff be so knowledge about the dishes and its ingredients! Sinayaa’s service was what took the experience to the next level. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
