   Beautiful property, very courteous staff, unfortunately the food was so sub-par it left us feeling bad about deciding to eat here, again for a second night. Every dish, except for the Cauliflower Appy was disappointing. I am not a foodie, nor did I expect 3-4 star food, but what we were served was, maybe 1-2 stars, largely because of the staff and lodge. The kids chicken nugs tasted like days old dry McNuggets. The Charcuterie board was served with old dried meat. The cheese board was made up of cheese crumbles, with the Gouda-like cheese, so old, half the piece was too hard to cut. I could review each of the other dishes but, I’ve already written way more than on any other meal. Suffice to say, will definitely stay at the lodge again, just not eat dinner there. This review takes nothing away from a very courteous staff.

   Food, cocktails and service were outstanding. The only negative was the dining room was closed and dinner was in the bar.

   Very nice dinner, early so rather noisy with children. Server was very smart and held off to place the entrée order since my salad was large, ended up more than I could finish. Saved me money and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you

   We had a very good meal at Rush Creek. We had a 7:30 reservation and were asked if we would be willing to eat in the Tavern. It was very noisy in there with kids so we declined and enjoyed the dining room. Service started out prompt but then took a while at which point they brought both appetizers and the main course at the same time. Portions were large and food was delicious. But I think they were hoping to get us out by 8:30.

   Nice place to go after a day of hiking. Steak frites, salads and fish and chips were good. Mushroom flatbread and thai coconut curry didn't really work unfortunately. Tasty cocktails and super cold beers. Only place to really go so was glad to have it

   We went to dinner two nights in a row. Both nights were pretty packed and I only saw maybe 2 servers the entire time. Our server seemed very annoyed and overwhelmed. Everything was also a little slow because they were so understaffed. Our food & drinks both nights were great I must say!

   We had a 5:45 reservation. They told us it would e about ten minutes. There were empty tables all over the place, very quiet. They kept trying to get us to eat in the bar or go in there for a drink. We said no we would stay at the desk until our table was ready. They said something about having to wait eight minutes between sittings at booths? I didn’t understand it. We asked to speak to a manager. They then seated us. Manager never came by. Food was fine. I had Philly steak sandwich and my wife had the Bolognese. Our grandson had a kids hot dog and fries. Fifteen dollars. Stale bun. He just ate the Weiner. Kids food way overpriced. We are eating breakfast and dinner here the next four days. Hopefully we can get seated at our reservation time. After a long day of driving and hiking we just wanted our table with glasses of water, lol.

    We eat two times in the restaurant of the hotel and everything is was perfect. The food very good and we spend a good time particularly if you can eat outside.
