   Food was, ehhh.... service was ok... started out not so great and nearly left, but I think he vibed that, and it got better. Don't book the 215 reservation for brunch because no one tells you the last call for food ordering is 230. So if you get that reservation, preview the menu and know what you want. None of the food I'd reorder... I was so excited for eggs Benedict with shaved ham because being an avid brunch person with my favorite brunch food as eggs Benedict I feel it should come with this type of ham versus a thick sliced ham I don't honestly get the thick ham slabs in such a delicate egg dish but ours at Rustic Roots came out and was ICE cold... now the server did remove it from our bill, and we knew not to ask for a remake because we already were on last call when we ordered. My biscuits and gravy were ok and different... but more of a few bites kinda thing, not a full meal. Everyone else got overpriced basic burgers, including 2 kids, off the kids' menu. It was my birthday, and all I wanted was the mimosa tray. It was impressive and very cool. After going there, I believe this place is definitely a drinks place with a 6 - or 7-page drink menu... it did take so long that we were able to order a few things off the happy hour menu and the popcorn pork belly sparked our interest but it came out and 3 tiny peices of pork belly which had decent flavor but 13 bucks HH price was a good laugh the rest of the evening. Basically, I am a brunch person. It's my favorite thing to do with a ton of people or by myself. Happy hour is a close 2nd, and I wouldn't go back here for either any time soon. Maybe drinks only but I'm hoping this location is newer and trying to work the kinks out still... maybe 2026, I'd try it again... I am grateful that our server hooked us up with a fresh burger for my husband- we took a screw in the tire coming off the freeway exit and it took him like a hour to get it dealt with and I tipped accordingly for his efforts.

   I thought I had an indoor reservation but were seated outside in the wind -Four of us at two round tables pushed together. It looked cuter on the inside or at the bar. The server was really nice and the food was all ok. My friend who had the chicken and waffles was the happiest with their meal.

   Service was extremely slow. My Salmon was undercooked. We love Rustic Root and will try again hoping for a better experience.

   Nice vibe, but appetizer arrived late, food was OK but expensive, and service was only intermittently good. This was early evening on a weekday, and they were crowded. Also, no acknowledgment that we were celebrating a birthday.

   We’ve been here twice now. It’s a popular spot and hard to get in. It’s a great value. The food is good. Everything we’ve had has been fantastic especially the desserts. The service from our last visit was top-notch. Our waiter was fantastic very attentive and great personality. definitely will be back. The ambience is also got a fun new vibe to it.

   1st visit to our new neighborhood restaurant. Food was delicious and ambiance lovely. Service was extremely slow. Took 30+ min to order and receive drinks. Ordering dinner too equally as long. Clearly understaffed. The gal opening and servicing wine didn’t know what she was doing. Cork broken. Didn’t wait for wine to be tasted before serving everyone else. Hopefully just start up issues that can be quickly resolved. Welcome to the neighborhood.
