We had a friendly and helpful waiter. The restaurant was quiet enough that we could egalitarian and enjoy ourselves. Our meal was excellent and I’ll be back again.

Unfortunately, this experience was not typical for Rusty Bucket. We were seated in the bar area and it was loud it took 40 minutes to get our food and the food was not hot. The taco shell was burnt, the beef was dry. We felt as if we were out of sight out of mind. We did not get refills. Again bad but not typical experience for the Bucket.

I am a frequent customer at Rusty bucket in Westerville. The food is always consistently good as is the service. This particular time our service was exceptional. Our server was thoughtful, checked in on us when necessary, but not too frequently, and was very thoughtful in helping us with to go boxes with what we couldn’t finish. Very pleasant dining experience always.

Always a good experience with good food. Waitstaff was attentive throughout. Several large parties which added to the noise level. Glad we made a reservation.

We sat in the bar area and it was very nice. Our server Sam was outstanding. I ordered the veggie pizza it was ok. Just saying I would not order it again. My friends enjoyed what they ordered
