                                                                                      Our experience at The Scupper for Thanksgiving and the Sunday before Christmas were both exceptional. The food was tremendously delicious! The desserts were richly divine (the creme brulee)! The atmosphere incorporated with the perfect view of the Harbor was magical! We will be visiting more often.

                                                                                      I have been here several times and it seems that the experience has been a little less great each time. My party was seated at two different tables. My mom is disabled and we were seated on the third floor where there is no elevator access, with no other option extended once requested. The food was perfect. The server could have been more attentive but she did try. My glass was dirty and my mom’s glass actually smelled bad. The drinks consisted of a tiny amount in stemless wine glasses. I did not hear the live music but this may have been because I was upstairs. It was my birthday and no one acknowledged it with a candle or cake or anything. I wish it was the same as before.

                                                                                      We eat at the Scupper a couple time a year. The last 2 times, the service has been substandard and the food last evening was not great. Soup was not really hot and the fries and steak tasted old. Scallops were small. For the cost, it was not up to par.

He was kind patient knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful. He went the extra mile for our kiddos and gave us some wonderful recommendations when we go back we will definitely be requesting him.

The server was very courteous, attentive, professional, efficient and proficient. The ambience in the Rusty Scupper was very nice and the restaurant's window table view of the beautiful Inner Harbor at night was quite magical.

                                                                                      Although we wanted brunch we didn’t realize it was a buffet. So for buffet it was fine. But many things were over cooked/dry lacked flavor bc they’re cooking for the masses. We will comeback to eat off the menu
