   Went there because it was advertised that they had award winning bbq. Got the brisket. It was dry and terrible. Had to ask for additional sauce to lubricate the meat to swallow. My wife had the tuna poke bowl. She said the taste wasn’t bad but the avocado was over ripe and therefore mushy and mixed with rice and tuna it was overall very mushy dish. Kids loved their chicken fingers.

   Our Experience at Rusty’s at Blue was absolutely horrible. In today’s day and age times are tough and things are expensive. When you take your family or date out for dinner, you expect a good time. I took my wife and daughter here for dinner this weekend. We sat on the patio and the service was half decent. The service was about the only thing that was half decent. There was a bees nest in the umbrella we were sitting under. We were seated next to the out door bar. Another waiter cleared another table and left the plates from that table on bar right beside our heads where the scrap meat sat out in the sun and brought a tone of fly’s that were all over us and the food. I ordered the brisket and the came out freezing cold. And the coleslaw and beans were pre packaged and looked like they had been sitting in the kitchen for the whole day. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich that looked like lower quality then McDonald’s. Also the soda was completely flat and refiles were 5 dollars. Believe it or not we are not picky people but this was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

   Amazing food. We went during the height of summer tourist season and in a day when live music was playing. If you wanted to have a quiet conversation, it wasn’t the right atmosphere. There were none of the non-alcoholic beverages mentioned on the menu available and no dessert, although we were celebrating a birthday.

   Initially it took some time for a hostess to greet us. I was standing at the stairs with another couple for at least 3-4 mins. A man who was gardening had to go inside to get someone. The couple left because of the wait. Service after that was better and our waiter was good. My husband and children enjoyed their food but mine was terrible. I had the chicken/ avocado flatbread. It had no flavour and the bread was hard as a rock. I should have sent it back but I didn’t want to wait again for food .

    We were having a night out with the girls, the food was noticeably sub par compared with the other wonderful restaurants in the Village, but we were very much looking forward to dancing all night. We all spent about $70 each on our dinner and a couple of drinks, when our server told us we had to pay up now because they switch to "night club" at 9:00 pm and there's no more service. Okay. I went to the bar to fetch us our drinks, and was told by the bar tender, a woman with dark blonde hair, that it's draft beer in a plastic cup only. Okay. The first beer she poured was a Coor's Light and it was lovely. When she went to pull a Ricker's White, it was mostly foam and she struggled to try to create a beer out of the foam until it was about half foam. I used to bar tend so I explained to her that's the bottom of the keg when it does that and asked for a Ricard's Red instead. That keg did the same thing. If you're not a beer drinker, I can explain that if your plastic cup of beer is half foam, by the time the foam goes down enough to drink it, what's left is flat and gross. I told her I don't want that and was willing to try again, when a man to my right yelled at me "DO YOU MIND, THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE HERE WHO WANT TO ORDER A DRINK!" I politely told him he could buy that cup of foam if he would like to have that. The barkeep went and brought a man over - I thought to help her with the kegs. Instead, he grabbed the perfectly good beer and dumped it. I said "No! That one is fine!" then he dumped the foamy beers and went away. Then the bartender started serving the angry man beside me. I said "Hello? Am I cut off?" and she ignored me. I said again, "Am I cut off?" and she said "I can't keep pouring you beers." Well, if it was beer she'd been pouring we wouldn't have an issue. Btw these cups of foam would have been very very expensive. I had to go tell all my girlfriends that we have to leave and so we did.
