   I had the Oaxaca chicken and it was excellent. The chicken was tender and the accompanying beans and eggplant in the mole sauce was sublime. The mole was complex with a little bit of heat which I loved. I scraped the left over mole up with tortilla chips. The service was in point. They are friendly and efficient, but never make you feel rushed.

   Food is ok. Ceviche is spicy, but I’m used to non-spicy ones.. Tacos are good, but nothing special. Margaritas are great. Service was ok, but rushed.

   The mole sauce was superb! I also was impressed that the Margarita was served in a chilled clay cup

   The food was amazing so I really really recommend coming here if you want a great meal. The live music was fun, but it really made it hard to have a conversation..

   This restaurant is Amazing. I came here to celebrate my son's birthday and there were 9 of us. We got there early and were still seated right away as our tables were ready. This which was great as we didn't have to wait. The staff here are incredible, especially our waitress. The food was great and everyone loved it. The drinks were really good as well. I highly recommend it for small or large groups. I will definitely be coming back!!!

   Ruta is by far the best Mexican restaurant in Astoria. It’s a lovely place with nice people and amazing authentic tasty food.

   Love the food here! We always enjoy our meals here and the drinks as well. Can be just a tad too loud in the back of the restaurant.

   I always have the mole! I also had a margarita called "La Chingona" which was very good.

    Server put me at a table that was wet, it took for ever to get a glass of water and for the waiter to come over to our table. Took a while to come out as well. Chicken tacos were dry. The drinks were good though.
