   This reservation was a pre-paid wine tasting dinner hosted by Ruth's Chris and sponsored by Justin Winery (Paso Robles). The room set-up was great as there were 10 people and we were all able to converse. The wine representative from Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely. We had a lot of conversations about other wineries to compare to Justin and she was very interested in hearing them. Our meal pairing was great but the food preparation lacked since we are used to having Ruth's Chris outstanding menu. OUr first course was some fruit and cheeses which were very good; our second course was a scallop - which was outstanding; our third course was duck confit - also outstanding and to this point the wines were all excellent. Then we moved into the cabernet sauvignon courses and was served a lamb lollipop which was very tough and overdone; then the prime filet which was not of the Ruth Chris's quality - not medium rare and inconsistent atop potato puree. The wine with the filet was the Justin Isosoceles - very well known and excellent so able to drink all wine and maybe half of the filet. OUr last course was dessert - bread pudding which was "burnt" on the edges and very dry.....You had to ask for coffee as it was not automatically served. Our wine pourer was Jordan and he was very timely - but it was obvious that this"being the first wine dinner" of the year was not up to our expectations as Ruth's Chris dining room, menu and food service is for the most part outstanding!!!! Hopefully future wine dinners will be better!

   The food was great. Our server, Favier was amazing! He made the first time experience outstanding! I will definitely come again!

   We had a wonderful experience. Fabio was an incredible waiter and everyone was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend

   Nicole was attentive, kind, trained well and well represented. One of the best restaurants experiences I’ve had, would definitely revisit. The experience from the host stand, bar, and table service all exceeded any expectation I’ve had. Would recommend for any special events. A belated happy birthday turned into a memory I’ll forever remember. As a frequent visitor of steak house (Steak 48, Capital, Del Frisco's) this one stood out.

   My words would do no justice in describing our experience today. My birthday was last weekend, and my wife escorted me to Prime 16 in Denver, NC. I enjoyed every minute there. Ruth's Chris exceeded our experience from my birthday celebration. And that was not an easy thing to do as everything was wonderful at Prime 16. But Ruth's Chris met the challenge and exceeded our expectations for my wife's birthday. Yes, two Aquarius. Our wedding anniversary is next weekend, and we are contemplating a return visit. Kudos to our waiter. His hospitality was unmatched. Thank you

    Amazing experience / Nate was an excellent tv server and even other servers like Raven were a pleasure to interact with. This location is always top notch and service/food are consistently great. Keep it up! There are other locations that have really gone downhill, but not this one!
