   Overall, me and my husband‘s experience at Ruth Chris was great. Our server was amazing and the manager and general manager who came around were very professional and personable. The only distasteful encounter we had was with the African American hostess. When we approached the desk she didn’t smile and barely greeted us. Also I asked if we could preferably sit at a booth and she just looked at me then looked down at the computer not even acknowledging what I asked. To be an upscale restaurant I would think the hostess would be much better especially with this being the first person you encounter. Also when we left whoever was with her told us to have a great day and she said nothing.

   Steak (NY Strip) was outstanding and cooked perfectly. Side dish (au gratin potatoes) were just ok. A bit underdone and watery. Drinks were excellent. Ambiance was ok. No shorts or t-shirts should be allowed in dining area. New GM introduced himself. Seems like he’s going to turn things around.

   A delightful experience! Food excellently prepared and served, special birthday decorations to celebrate my husband's day, friendly and warm staff who really went out of their way to provide us a wonderful dining event that we will remember always. Unmatched for quality in food preparation and service! Thank you, Ruth's Chris.

   It was our anniversary. We were greeted so friendly. Our table was decorated with flower pedals and a nice card. The seating was thoughtfully private and our waiter was very nice. Both our meals were great ! It was a good evening for us.

   I love it here. Last night was my second time in a week. Unfortunately last night did not live up to the expectations. My steak was so fatty and tough I could not eat it. My server never asked me why my entire steak was still on my plate.

   Always a great meal, Chris is a wonderful waiter is recommend folks as for him..... And for desert if you want the Apple tart with ice cream, request it a day or two before your reservations.

   Service was amazing. Our waitress was fantastic. We went for our 3rd wedding aniversary the food great. We got a Cesar salad, shrimp cocktail appetizer, NY strip Oscar style, Filet w/crab meat, potatoes au gratin, creamed spinach and garlic whipped potatoes. We also had 3 cocktails in total, which brought our bill to $315 before tip. Which I thought was fair for an upscale steakhouse. Our waitress was wonderful, I am only writing this review for her to receive some sort of compliment. I can not recall her name, but she was from the middle of West Virginia, which I think will help narrow this down.

    My wife and I’s first time at Ruth Chris. Although I usually don’t prefer higher-end dining, everything here was perfect. Our server, Chris, was amazing. Very down to earth. He made us feel comfortable right away and gave great recommendations (spicy shrimp appetizer and sweet potato casserole are game changers). All 5’s across the board. We’ll definitely be returning!
