    I have been a regular customer at Ruth’s Chris. My recent visit was just awful. Even from the hostess that greeted us, the sever, the food. A major decline in this establishment.

    THE RESTAURANT WAS PACKED BUT THAT DIDN’T MATTER. THE SERVICE BY LORENZO WAS EXCELLENT. THE FOOD WAS PREPARED EXACTLY AS ORDERED AND WAS FANTASTIC. MANAGERS SCOTT AND JONATHAN CHECKED ON ALL THE GUESTS. JEREMY, THE GM, HAS THIS RESTAURANT OPERATING EXTREMELY WELL.

    Food is always outstanding! Restaurant was pretty busy last night and several loud young children around us that was not horrible but not what we usually experience. Waiter was super nice but again very busy so service was good but not great for prices. Will definitely go again but not anytime soon.
