   We felt very welcomed. Not “stuffy”. Waitress was awesome. Not too noisy. With all the very noisy restaurants we’ve been to lately, this was a pleasure. Food was delicious! We will be back!

   I have a multitude of food allergies. They cooked for me perfectly! My only suggestion would be to offer a dry aged rib eye. Short of having that option, everything was exceptional

   Waiting staff was nice, but timing was way off when bringing out food and drink. Received our wine after dinner and we ordered it way before dinner. We receive coffee after dessert was taken away. Food was extremely oily and overloaded with butter. I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris all around the country but was disappointed with this location.

   On arrival my wife and I were cordially greeted and ask to wait a moment while our table was being set. We were then escorted to our elegantly set table and were pleasantly surprised that they had scattered red rose pedals and little red hearts on the table cloth. I did notate in my reservation that it was our anniversary. On to the service, we were promptly brought warm freshly baked bread and the waiter was very friendly and professional. We ordered salads and they were very good, at that point we put some great expectations on the rest of the evening. Well….we were a little disappointed, we ordered garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, mushrooms and 2 cowboy steaks medium rare. The side dishes were very good and we were told that the portions were large enough for 2, well they were just enough for one. Now on to the steaks, they were cooked to perfection but were beyond marbled, approximately 1/2 of our steaks were fat, we had to cut around the fat to find small pieces to consume. The waiter actually questioned about the large cut up piles of meat on our plates, we told that it was in fact all fat not edible meat. They did give us free dessert because it was our anniversary, that was very nice. Overall, the service was good, the side dishes were good but too small and the steaks were honestly not worth eating. For the money we spent, which was not an issue, we really expected to have a memorable meal, and I mean in a positive sense.

   We always enjoy visiting Ruth’s Chris in Lake Grove. The food is exceptional—perfectly prepared and served at just the right temperature. The service is consistently professional, attentive, and detailed, creating a truly elevated dining experience. Our server, Matt, was especially helpful and ensured everything was perfect.    I have been to Ruth's chris upwards of thirty times and when I tell you this was so incredibly disappointed. The only positives I have is a friendly staff anf they seated us immediately. They were out of pino grigio- and the glass taste of soap. It took almost 30-40 minutes to get water/bread. The people sitting next to us reeked of cigarettes and we're incredibly loud- not to mention they made multiple off color jokes that were around children. The food- steak was very good, the potatoes were cold- butter was not melted in the slightest. Was super slow service. Very polite but beyond slow. Very disappointed.

   Back of the house knocked it out. Kitchen was amazing and innovative- same for the bar pairing! Five course meal - all excellent. Front of the house needs some help. Service was equivalent to a good wedding hall. Drinks and the food brought to table for only one person at a time. Long wait for the other guest to be served. Offering said ‘tax included’. Bill came with tax and for additional other silent up charges. Manager couldn’t make the adjustment to correct. Too bad because it was a great food and drink experience - just cost more than advertised.
