   This location is so loud during peak hours, if going for a special occasion, I would wait or go somewhere else. Our au gratin potatoes were cold. Wasn’t impressed for a caliber known to Ruth’s Chris. Also, power went out towards end of our meal. Not a great experience.

   Five of us went to Ruth Chris for a family dinner. This included an elderly couple who have difficulty walking, hearing, and in one case, understanding. We could not have asked for better service. From the moment we entered the door, the hostess guided us to our table, being sensitive to walking difficulties. Unlike some other places, we did not have to run to keep up with her. The server was extremely patient and professional. The food was incredible. Everything arrived, hot and flavorful. Finally, the assistant manager went out of her way, including helping the elderly couple walk out the door. We could not have asked for more perfect experience.

   We love Ruth Chris and go there often. Took friends there for the first time. I had bragged how good the chicken dish was but unfortunately it was not as good this night as in the past. My favorite dish so a little disappointed especially since I had taken a friend there to try it.

   Made a reservation at 6pm and was told I had to be on a waitlist . When asked why they said lounge bar was on wait list and they weren’t accepting my reservation for the dining room . This was based off of me being a single mom with 2 kids so we were clearly not being welcomed as an acceptable table to be waited on . Ended up being put in bar area and probably still had a higher bill than the other “acceptable “ tables. Never been so insulted in my life and a sub par steak house.

   What can you say..we never have been disappointed at any Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s that we have visited and Lakewood Ranch is no different. From the time you walk in the door until you leave. The food amazing. The hostess staff is very cheerful and the server staff are very pleasant and attentive.

   Very disappointed. With my wife for a delayed Valentine’s dinner. My meal was badly undercooked and had to sent back. Sitting while my wife ate her meal is not a comfortable position. You sit knowing the reverse situation is coming when your meal is returned. Slightly overcooked upon return.

    We have dined many times at Ruth's in many parts of the country. We are never disappointed. Marissa, our waitress, was excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We highly recommend it.
