   It was our first time and it was a great experience! Cece was very helpful, pleasant and attentive. The Manager was also friendly. Food was delicious.

   The customer service reigns supreme. The food was good as always. There was an issue where our food tray was tipped over. The guest services agent assisting us informed us of the issue and offered options to address the additional time it would take to remake our food. It was timely and sufficient. It is great when a business recognizes and issues and is proactive at addressing it.

   This was a little date night dinner before a show at the Theatre. Petite Filet was perfect and so were the sizzling crab cakes.

    This is the first time ever going to Ruth’s Chris and had a horrible experience. The reservations were made in a timely manner and we were seated in the bar area. Why make reservations if they’re not honored? If we wanted to watch sports, we could have went to a Sports Bar. The noise level was horrible. You couldn’t hold a decent conversation without saying ‘What?’. Do better Ruth’s Chris.
