The restaurant was freezing. We spoke to our waiter to address our concerns. Nothing was done. We sat with our coats on.

Overall I had a great experience. I got a little bother when I mentioned to the server we requested two sparking waters and not three. Instead she verifying she insisted we did which we didn’t. She didn’t revise the check to show the right amount. Regardless of the fact I gave her a 15% tip. When it comes to courtesy especially for a sparking waters, when on the table we had about 6 drinks. Not okay, it’s about the principal. The food was great and we didn’t receive our cheesecake for our chart house classic dishes. I didn’t want to bother anymore because hey I wanted to enjoy our evening besides the fact everything including the food was great.

Overly energetic waiter with forced explanations for everything. We informed him that we were RCSH loyal customers having been many times over the years. He still insisted on over explaining. When asked about drinks I was cut off in mid order to again over explain every martini option on the bar menu. BUT overall food was excellent. Our loquacious waiter was tipped well
