We had the Chef's prixe menu with the 16 oz ribeye and added the crab cake appetizer. Everything was delicious.

Total VIP experience! I took my mom for her birthday and noted her birthday on the Open Table reservation. When we arrived, the table was decorated and even had a birthday card waiting for her. Our server, David was so wonderful and kind. The entire staff took great care of us. Manager came by to chat with us. Food was just amazing. These filets were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Could not ask for a better meal and experience. Loved it!

We were welcomed and seated by Bri. Additional, Kimberly, the manager came by our table to welcome us to Ruth Chris Steaks. She mentioned our reason and confirmed our visit was for our celebration of our birthday. We were presented with a nice birthday card. David, our server, presented himself very professionally and attended to our table diligently. One of our steak plates was slightly over cooked. This was mentioned to David and he stepped right in with apologies and regrets. The meal was replaced immediately and follow up concerns were conducted by David and Kimberly. There was nothing they wouldn't do in order to make our dinner exceptional. I cannot say enough about their service and attention. It was above and beyond any expectations that one could have ever imagined. Please see that this staff receives the proper recognition.

We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and they had a small celebration ready for us. We love the customer service and will definitely return.

We had the classic menu I had filet and lobster my husband had prime ribeye and prawns . He had lobster bisque I had salad. He ordered the garlic mash and I ordered created spinach. The desert was cheesecake and fruit and they wrote happy anniversary in chocolate on the plate. Definitely go there again!!
