    We have two private dining rooms that are the perfect place to host any event, from an intimate family gathering to a large company party. The Essex room is for more moderately sized parties, and can easily accommodate groups of up to 25 guests. The Miller room is for more substantially sized parties, and is able to accommodate groups of up to 40 guests. If neither room is sufficiently sized to hold your event on its own, the collapsible wall that separates them can be stowed away, and this extended space will accommodate up to 65 guests.     Excellent service. We had calamari, chopped salad, salmon w/shrimp, filet, Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, lobster Mac & cheese and cheesecake. The salmon was just ok, but everything else was wonderful.

    We came in to celebrate my Fiancés birthday . We had Vi as our server . She had a great demeanor and had great timing to ensure we finished all our courses before the next one came and also the server support that cleaned the table before each meal , he did great too. The food was great as always , always buttery and cooked to perfection .

    Great service, great food. A little disappointed with the amount of crab on the filet mignon I ordered tonight. It was to be a crab and turf dish but the crab was a minuscule part of the whole dish. The filet was delicious as expected. The crab cake entree was delicious.

    Not a great experience and will not go back. Service was horrible, food was mediocre for the price. I never even was able to get another water or iced tea as they only came over when we had to “wave them” down. I guess it’s to be expected for a mall restaurant but going to the Cheesecake Factory in the mall is better than this.

    The food was exceptional! I love the hot plates they serve the food on, it really adds to the experience and keeps the food warm as you’re eating so it always feels fresh. The drinks were to die for and fairly strong! I loved the quiet ambiance of the restaurant! Would definitely go back

    First time dining at Short Hills Rut Chris, but not my first time at a Ruth Chris. The experience was amazing from start to finish. We were seated in a dining room where we could host a quiet meeting. Jose and Maggie provided excellent service. The attention to detail and the professionalism was one of the best. The cuisine was nothing short of what I expected from Ruth Chris. Ruth Chris allowed our guest to experience a tremendous first time at Ruth Chris. My next time in New Jersey I will be dining at the Short Hills Ruth Chris!

    Server seemed very overwhelmed and wasn’t attentive. Wasn’t the best of experiences at RC. Noise level was low which was a problem and com. You could hear everything at table beside you and visa versa. Wouldn’t come back to this location but would consider another.

    I was able to have my birthday dinner here with a group of friends. I truly loved my experience here. My cowboy steak as well as mashed potatoes was cooked perfectly. My friends also enjoyed their meals. Our server was wonderful and she was nice enough to take a group picture of us. All of the staff made sure we were taken care of. I also loved getting my dessert on a platter that said "Happy birthday." Overall, I loved my birthday dinner and I will definitely recommend this location for special occasions.
