Food was great. Service was really good as well however we were told there was a interruption with the order and there would be a delay. Our entire dining service was over three hours long. We waited a long time prior entries to arrive and we didn’t receive anything but an apology. We expected some sort of allowance or credit on the bill or something. But there was nothing offered. We were disappointed

This being our first visit, we chose the Lunch Prix Fixe; having the Lobster Bisque and the stuffed chicken breast. It made for a wonderful luncheon. Since we were beginning an early anniversary celebration, the staff helped make this luncheon more special. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Our experience was fantastic. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. The portions were just right. The atmosphere of this Ruth Chris seems to always be better than the several other Ruth Chris restaurants we have dined at, no matter what time we visit. The valet was friendly, responsive and had a great sense of humor. Keep that kid. The host/hostess staff made us feel right at home the second we walked in the door. Our server, Rob provided us with personable, professional and friendly service. For us, it is always welcoming to see Rob there to make us feel more like family than customers. The gentleman he was training was super friendly and undoubtedly will be an asset to your already great staff. Definitely, keep him onboard. For us, it was another enjoyable, delicious and exceedingly worthwhile dining experience at your restsurant. Keep up the great work.

Exceptional food and service. Appetizers and main course were cooked to perfection. Kids menu offered. Melt in your mouth steak. We will be back!
