Disappointing experience. Steak was just ok. Definitely not worth the price. Sides came lukewarm warm. Maybe cause food was sitting in kitchen as our salads came before our appetizer. Had to ask for our appetizer when we finally got the waitress flagged down. She said it was given to an incorrect table. And she had to put a new order in. She did her best but I think they were understaffed. Definitely not the experience I expected for a special Christmas dinner with family.

It was very loud, steak over cooked, shoestring potatoes cold. My husband never got his salad. Not what you expect for the price.

Food as always was exceptional, Our server Brandon only visited table 3x once take orders, once to drop bread/salads, once to refill drinks. We were a table of 4 adults and were there 2 hours and 1 of maybe 4 tables. My daughters sprite was flat, he said he would get it fixed. Once he brought salads, we had to ask if they had that sprite fixed. It was literally a hour later.

Food is okay. Not great for the price or cooked to doneness as ordered. Menu not explained well. Keep in mind the water is not free. Be prepared for $7 a bottle without explanation prior. Family sides greatly vary in quantity. Lobster Mac n cheese is very poor. Slow awkward service. Overall highly disappointing. Would not recommend.

Helped us with not ordering things we were allergic to. Steaks cooked perfectly. Hallie and Kat were our servers and were outstanding.

While the food was good, my order was wrong and I had to sit at my own birthday dinner while everyone else ate. My order was fixed eventually.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant is excellent. The staff was friendly, but the level of service was inadequate. Given that the restaurant was not busy (There were only three tables in our section), service was surprisingly slow and disappointing. Overall, our steaks were cooked as requested.
