    It was the service that tainted our experience to which I was very ready to leave. Our server was rude and the service was not what I would expect at this restaurant. I never felt less welcome.

    Went to celebrate Christmas Eve. 1st time to the Worcester location and was very impressed. Everything was wonderful and exceeded expectations (especially for dining out on Christmas Eve). Will be back.

    I had the petite filet- EXCELLENT!! Spouse had the rib eye - chewy!!! ($74!). The waiter asked, we told him, he said nothing and walked away (no manager came over to discuss- really surprised). Brussel sprouts were excellent, as were the mushrooms- asparagus were ok- not great @ $17. Salads were great. We’re not dessert people so cannot comment. I think the thing that surprised me most is that the beef was NOT grass fed, pasture raised - kind of shocked the menu highlighted corn fed beef- I would NOT have gone there had I known in advance- for the prices charged, I expected grass fed. Will not return or recommend

    Table are really tight where we sat (Crammed into a corner by the room entrance and we felt trapped and squeezed. When I paid the check because the tables are so small and cluttered that I spilled water on my phone and check. Boston prices in Worcester.

    Ruth C's has never disappointed for the steaks served - so was last night! Waitress was good but her service was annoyingly slow Was our anniversary and table prepared/decorated very nicely Very pricey Outside temp was in twenty's and inside air movement created a light chill rather than a light warmth - notified management and was corrected but still had to notify Ruth C's Worcester needs to get back to paying attention to these details
