   On our second visit to Sablee with another couple, we enjoyed the Beef Wellington, Chicken, exceptional Fries, cod croquettes and incredible caramel creme brulee. The wine list is interesting and reasonably priced. We cannot wait to dine there again soon.

   Our experience was fabulous. From the greeting from the hostess at the door, to the ambiance and beautiful decor of the place, to the service of our waiter Gabriel which was flawless. I am a French trained chef and the food was true to its roots. Beautifully crafted, delicious, fresh and on point. We had the escargots which were divine, French onion soups, my hubby had the Wellington burger which was not only creative but delicious and I had the Duck with celeriac purée which was divine as well. The house cocktails were fab and very well prepared. One of the best espresso martinis I’ve had on the island. I wish you guys lots of success. We will definitely be back soon.

   Excellent experience! As a former French chef from Sablé, France, I was truly impressed by the quality of the food, service, and ambiance. We’ll definitely be back—this is, in my opinion, the best place for dinner in Condado.
