   Had reservation, place was almost empty. We were first taken to table right as you enter, not good so asked for another which was right next to the cashier. Not good so then asked for table next to that which is where we were seated. Ordered drinks and a salad which came promptly. Before we were not half way through our salad the entre was brought to the table. Wouldn’t it be nice to finish our salad before the entre was placed on the table so here we are with the entre getting cold as we finished our salad. The waitress was very attentive, and I realize the timing was not her fault. I hope this is constructive criticism well taken, as I like Sabor.

   A pleasant surprise. Carne Asade was delectable! Dante was a wonderful server.

   The food was amazing and Dio was exceptional. Great interpersonal skills, genuine, truly a spirited gem of a young man.

   For the location and hotel, it was whatever. No brunch menu and service was not that great, our utencils were dirty aswell as the tea cup had lipstick on it. Would not recommend

   We came to the restaurant on 12/21 at 6:30, which was our reservation time. We weren't seated until after 7:00 and the hostess acted like she could care less about the wait, no "thank you for your patience" or any comment about the delay. The waitress was very understanding about us being pressed for time since we had an 8:00 show to attend. The food however was mediocre at best. The tortilla soup was awful as was the fish tacos and burger. I definitely won't be returning. Anson 11 around the corner would be a much better choice.

   This was our first time visiting Sabor, definitely exceeded our expectations. Service is excellent, the food is very tasty and prepared with good quality ingredients. As far as drinks, you can enjoy pretty much anything you like from the bar. We can't wait to go back for their brunch.

    Lovely restaurant within a beautiful hotel Pasel Del Norte. Paid parking garage across the street was convenient. Thanksgiving dinner reservation so gratuity was included. I had to mix my own Bloody Mary, that was new to me. Some buffet items took a while to be replenished but overall, very good! ALL hotel Staff were professional and so very nice.
