The Safehouse design was originally inspired by the ski culture of Jackson Hole Wyoming and Vermont living then infused with a contemporary influence. Why the SafeHouse? Where else would you go to not be TRAPPED anymore? You go down into the SAFEHOUSE. Our goal was to make dining really fun again by creating a vibe that focuses on fun sharable foods, upbeat music and creative cocktails. We are an upscale modern neighborhood eatery with a focus on hand selected ingredients. We pride ourselves on our hand cut steaks, fresh caught seafood from sustainable sources, hand crafted pastas, and a few famous Chianti’s inspired authentic Italian dishes.                                                                       Our niece and her husband whom we haven’t seen in four years. Were visiting from England and they picked your restaurant to dine at. So I was thrilled that I was able to get a reservation. The hostess sat us at a booth in the pub section. Which I was a little worried would get loud. But it was very quiet (noise wise), the bartender (I’ve forgotten his name) was our server. He was very attentive, friendly and prompt in his service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with our niece and her husband and our time at The Safe House! Thank you for helping to make our reunion enjoyable!

                                                                      Two of us got veal chop Milanese and one got the veal chop parmigiana. They were all too fried. They were very hard and dry. My husband’s prime rib was very chewy. Very disappointed. For the price we paid couldn’t even eat it.

                                                                      Celebrated my daughter-in-law's birthday! Food and service was awesome! Ordered the tomahawk steak and it was DELICIOUS! Apps were delicious. Slightly disappointed because we really wanted to try the lamb lollipops and they were out but will try on our next visit. Definitely looking forward to going back.
